This Legal Notice regulates access to and use of the website certificates-nz.online (the “Website”), operated by SEOM Advisors OÜ a company registered in Estonia with Company Registration Number 16232824 and having its registered office at Harju County, Tallinn, Lasnamäe District, Lõõtsa tn 5, 11415 (“Certificates NZ”, “we”, “us”, or “our”).
By accessing and using this Website, you agree to comply with the provisions of this Legal Notice.

The domain certificates-nz.online and all content published on it (text, graphics, images, logos, and other material) are the exclusive property of Certificates NZ or are used under license. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or modification of any content is strictly prohibited.

The Website provides information about and access to our administrative services for assisting individuals in obtaining official certificates and related documents from New Zealand authorities. For this reason we charge a NZ$95 service fee (inlc. government and public taxes).
We are an independent service provider and are not affiliated with or endorsed by the Government of New Zealand or any of its agencies. Users have the option of submitting their application directly through official channels at no extra cost.
3. Use of the Website
Users agree to use the Website lawfully, ethically, and in compliance with applicable regulations. It is prohibited to:
